Beautiful! Love this interpretation, I've gotten tired of the standard and more classical minor versions. Thank you!

Hi, what's your BIAB version and your sound module? Sounds great
-
Yep as stated in the description: the notes are just the raw version what the computer is capable of. Left and right hands are not indivcated correctly, nor are the articulations, dynamics and the swing-timing. As soon as I have the time I will try to do a little analyzing of this. To say the least: outstanding! It is so wonderfully flowing and melodic. No unnecessary self-indulging, just one great idea after another. You can hear the original as a counterpoint always underneath everything.
the page for download the midi is not available?,

The midi site is sadly down :c If you'd be so kind, would you send a link to your collection? I liked your work very much.

what scale would be used to play with this chord progression
Rostro27 1 year ago
@Rostro27 There are many options, but if it had to be played with just one scale, the Bb Major scale can be used. The basic chords are all diatonic to the key of the piece (2 flats - not 3 as shown on the notation!). It is in fact a good exercise to limit yourself to just those 7 notes as you improvise. Of course, as always, the main thing is the changing importance of each note as the chords pass. From 0:57 - 1:11 uses basically just the Bb scale (A naturals are shown as accidentals)
