- Scene 1 -

Hi, this is Joe with bidetsPLUS and today well be reviewing the Brondell Swash 550. From the front, the unit sits nicely and contours well with the rest of the toilet. The Swash 550 has the same exact body as the Swash 800. The difference is that the Swash 800 is operated with a remote control.

- Scene 2 -

The Swash series from Brondell is one of the best looking bidets we reviewed. It features nice, contouring lines that give it a contemporary look. The beveled edges around the lid blend in nicely with the rest of the unit.

At just 15 inches wide, its also one of the most compact bidets youll find. This probably adds to its sleek, contemporary look.

- Scene 3 -

The bidet works with a dual nozzle system. Posterior wash is handled by the grey nozzle near the center of the seat, while frontal wash is handled by the pink nozzle next to it. Both nozzles have their own housing pocket. The nozzles retract back into their pockets when not in use.

Here comes the pink nozzle for frontal wash. Water temperature can be adjusted. Water pressure can be increased or decreased as well. The Swash 550 also has a pulsation feature, which can be used to massage the cleaning area.

- Scene 4 -

Here is the air dry in action. The Swash 550 has three different air dry settings.

- Scene 5 -

The lid and seat have a slow-close feature.

- Scene 6 -

From the side profile, you can see a small, light blue button at the very bottom of the rear of the unit. This is used as a release mechanism which unlatches the unit from its mounting bracket.

Additional features include a temperature controlled, heated seat and a self cleaning function which rinses off the nozzles before and after each use. The bidet also has an energy saving feature, which decreases energy consumption when not in use.

- Scene 7 -

Thanks for watching this bidetsPLUS video review, featuring the Swash 550 from Brondell. You can also check out our full write-up on this model, at http://www.bidetsPLUS.com
