HAARP IN SCOTLAND

All the conspiracy theorists have claimed that this cloud formation is a symptom of HAARP's usage, they claim it is a rare cloud type that is most commonly viewed when HAARP has been used. I prefer to call it ALTOCUMULUS. To all the HAARP conspiracists out there lets wait and see if we have an earthquake in central scotland, or perhaps a tsunami, or maybe even a plague of locusts

@utrapzab I will extend my comment one step further. As an alchemist I understand HOW THE EXPERIMENTER / RESEARCHER themselves alter the outcome of an experiment with their own mind being present while the experiment proceeds. Now, with regard to HAARP. At the highest levels of it's implementation those who are perpetuating this technology WILL NOT be effected by it like a normal person. Why? They are not normal people. They have sacred wisdom that protects them. Not youtube appropriate though.

@zackcovell i know what you are saying but at the ned of the day these global death machines will affect the perpetrators as much as their intended victims - i just dont buy that, manipulating our food and medicines is far more plausable as a means of population control
