Track day, first half lap is warm up, then into it, AP Racing brakes to slow down at the corners. Awesome fun!

  • Very nice work! What parts are on the car from the lexus besides the engine? The gearbox sounds like it has the same ratios as the automatic 4 speed but you seem to change them manually.I happen to have these two cars and thinking of a similar build ( E36 318i sedan , Lexus LS400). Thanks in advance !

  • @vvorttexx Thanks. Gearbox was a w55 Manual from a toyota Celica, blew that up, have since changed to a strengthened R154 Manual from a toyota Supra turbo. fantastic car. I have just supercharged it, it goes like a rocket!

  • Is that a Alpina B8 4.6?

  • @PanchoxXx391 No, its a Lexus 1uzfe 4.0 V8 in an e36 coupe

  • Performance E36ers can start with a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. It can add up to 11HP for only about $150 and installs in 30-45 minutes - really a must for every E36 owner. It also makes the car HOWL at high end but sounds normal at everyday driving. See my videos!

    -Adds 9-11 HP

    -Never replace filter again (K&N)

    -GREAT SOUND

  • @foroyskirbilforarir well I have worked with both engines, I would take the 1UZFE any day (so would anyone else with a clue). I still like the M60, but is potential is limited if you're working on a budget.

  • @JZZ31 .......what an idiot u are

  • @foroyskirbilforarir Better than the M60 BMW V8.

  • very-very good!the e36 with v8 engine it's a dream:D...and o good driver!:)

  • I am looking at doing a similar conversion into an e36 compact. Is there anywhere I can read up more on your project?

  • I’m happy with my 94 325i, but the only performance mods are sport suspension and the Signature Motoring performance intake for about $150. Signature Motoring kit adds around 9HP on the dyno, great sound, and the best performance upgrade for the money. See my channel videos!

-Installs in maybe 30-45 min. K&N filter lasts a lifetime.

I'm thinking maybe performance exhaust, but eh.

  • @foroyskirbilforarir Why not a bigger BMW engine?
