I love this dish but it always turns out just slightly too salty. I need to keep trying because it is pretty simple. Thanks

@trixiefly11 Maybe because you got too much soy and vinegar that concentrates as you simmer the adobo down. My past attempts had no water and made my adobo very salty. Also depends on the type of soy and vinegar you use. There's a lot of interesting variations of adobo you can achieve by messing with those 2 ingredients.
