Yes, Qt is absolutely still relevant for mobiles! For example, Nokia believes in Qt so much that the camera and gallery app at the heart of the Nokia 808 PureView flagship 41 megapixel imaging device is created in Qt. Nokia has also repeatedly stated that Qt is integral to the strategy for "The Next Billion" (copy and paste article linked: blog.qt.nokia.com/2011/06/21/qt%E2%80%99s-future-for-nokia-bringing-apps-to-the-next-billion/ )
