@KemKrisna Hey. Yeah you need steam to play. As for gameplay, try dropping down a notch in the graphic settings and/or lower the resolution.

Try Grandia 2 on PC and FF 7 and 8 on pc

i already tryed those 3 game's, i like the gameplay but i dont like the graphics of those games, so is there a game with FF gameplay and TLR graphics ???

There arent many Japanese RPG's on PC unfortunately. I remember a game called Breath Of Fire IV for PC but the graphics are not like TLR. One thing that can be a lot of fun is using an emulator called pcsx2. It is a ps2 emulator and you can find a lot of good games that are like TLR. Ive tried kingdom hearts 1 & 2, persona 3, dragon quest 8, all the FF games and let me tell you this emulator is the real deal. Check it out because this is as close as youre going to get to a ps2. Its that good.

@KemKrisna Know this was 4 months ago but you should know to check the system requirements before downloading or purchasing games because you may need to upgrade your pc if it's old.
