And why do people buy the vinyls? you could download them right, is it that you get better quality or something?

@MrGooseEnt Yes one big reason is because of the higher quality of tracks on vinyl compared to compressed mp3 files found online. Another reason is that, sometimes you can't find specifically what you want online, and some rare recordings only exist on vinyl. Just like reading books at a library/book store, that you can't find anywhere else.

@MrGooseEnt Well, in comparison...I think maschine has much more to offer then the mpd, because it comes with fully integrated hardware/software...so theres no mapping required, plus you can use it as a regular controller for any software you want. It comes with templates for different DAWs, and you can also create your own (you can also do this with mpd I think). The only thing I like better on the mpd 24/32 is that they have fader knobs, one thing that I wish the maschine had haha
