Lets clarify. The Arceus is completely legit, because it is absolutely identical to the Arceus distributed at movie 12 showing. The method with which it was recieved wasn't through an AR, it was by editing the actual save file to input the wonder card and mystery gift as if you had gone to the event.

It isn't "hacked", it wasn't edited to be hacked, it is the exact pokemon as if you had gone to the event. (nonwithstanding PID)

Ok guys, you know all that this isn't done by cheating, this is done by PokéSav. It's completely legal and it helps you to get Event Pokémon you never could get (Like Japanese ones).

@manfistoffury It is sent along with the Mystery gift which you get though a event , like for example , going to a Pokemon movie event in Japan . And then get it though Wi-fi . You won`t be able to get it though hacking or editing the codes of the games . You can download and learn many stuff from the pokemon games website . However , there is limited time , when it`s over , they get deleted and you have to moved on , to the game that just come out or something .
