It's Elvis Hitler performing their classic song, "Hot Rod to Hell" at Paycheck's, in Hamtramck, MI in November of 1987. They were performing as part of the record release party for the "It Came from the Garage II" compilation album that Len was putting out on his Wanghead Records label.

This video was recorded for and shown on a local access show called Bandin. (less)
