The paint (reading from the outside of the tube) is called Goldfinger Rub on metallic and I found it on studioartshop.

I love the idea of stamping the polymer. You applied the paint or ink before baking I see. What kind of paint was used? The neutral colored ribbon you used to go with your pendants really enhances the work!
