Hey Mike! Thanks for the great video! I have a question though: I went from 150 lbs to 170 lbs this summer by going to the gym 3-5 days a week and obviously eating a lot (I'm 6 feet tall). I didn't gain much fat but now that I am trying to lean down I was wondering how to shake the little bit of stomach fat I have, that is covering my lower abs, without losing the muscle mass that I gained. Any suggestions? Cheers!
