1) The West uses its military forces only on WEAK and POOR nations like Serbia (1999), Afghanistan (2001) or Iraq (2003).

2) But when the West deals with a strong opponent like Russia then it pushes a puppet against the opponent (like like they pushed Georgia against Russia in August 2008). And when the puppet becomes a victim and cries for help then the West only barks and betrays its puppet.

For BOTH reasons it makes the West only miserable COWARDS.
