  • The BMI paradox: women have a higher percent of their body weight tied up in fat, but will have a lower him because of it.

  • @interstate317 It's not really a paradox, since BMI was never intended to be a metric of body fat in the first place. It was really a measurement of statistics: that's how the height-weight distributions of the general population were at the time, for better or for worse.

  • Cannot tell Iraq from Iran, eh? hehe.

  • @TheAtheistPaladin What, did I misspeak somewhere?

  • @shanedk About 7:30 minutes into the podcast you say "Iraq" where you meant "Iran".

  • Shane, I think you're wrong about the 3-way tie for delegates in the Iowa Caucus. To my understanding, Iowa's Caucus is a non-binding vote where no delegates are assigned. CNN made a projection of 7 delegates a piece, the Associated Press made a different projection, and so on. It's possible the nomination process will be settled by the time any delegates are actually pledged.

  • Off topic! What do you think about my new channel background?

  • @interstate317 Goddamn autocorrect on my iPhone , that should have been BMI not "him"

  • Oh my science, you fail school because your to fat... that is terrible policy.
