First Interstate Bank Teller games was created by the bank's Orange County-Inland Division marketing, operations, and human resources teams in 1990. It proved to be a successful effort to deliver and enhance the exceptional service tellers provided to the bank's customers. The program included hundreds of tellers from across Orange County and Southern California participating in lively game show-style competitions at dozens of teller rallies and events. To be eligible to compete, tellers required extraordinary bank product, sales, customer service, and policy knowledge and skill. This video was created to help share the program's success with the teller community, other regions within the bank, and even the competition.
