Kane and training partner Ascent81 hit the gym with a mission to destroy their delts, then move on to back. Watch them hammer out huge giant sets including side laterals, upright rows, standing overhead presses and seated incline dumbbell presses before focusing on back with seated rows. This guy never slows down!

  • I like how alot of your workouts are original and aren't limited to a simple "bench press" or "shoulder press"

    

  • i didnt say size :) I like these kinda work outs to just throw in every now and then. I mainly stick around the 6 - 10 rep range , Sometimes reps of 4 sometimes  12

  • thats right. endurance but not necessarily size. im sure it burns like a mofo, but even when i superset shoulders i still go heavier then that. thats really light weight to be trying to put on any size. Kanes in amazing shape, but small.

  • that'd built some sweet endurance in those shoulder muscles
