Another really good explanation! Ive been thinking some of the universe as a big corporation. No point in sitting w/ a billion other people in the CEOs waiting room every time you need something. Why not go to the right department? But do you have an idea on why prayer or other approaches have a low rate of success?

The problem isnt that Prayer doesnt work, but that people are expecting the wrong result. For instance you dont just pray for something and expect it, espically something material. Prayer is like meditation, its a way to concentrate your mental and spiritual (if you belief in that aspect of a person) self on something. The reward is the quiet time to calm your thoughts and think upon the subject, ever notice people think better when they think out loud? Same idea

@211jhb Hello friend. Nowhere in the Bible does it say to 'pray to one another'. Christ didn't obtain any virtue from Mary. Christ is the eternal God Who existed before Mary. All she did was deliver His 'bond servant' body into the world so He could die on the cross.

@211jhb Hello friend. Since when did Mary "flee into the wilderness for 1260 days"? Revelation 12 is refering to Israel. The 1260 days is one half of the tribulation period which is a future event.

You give the world the bible and then proceed to live your lives diametrically opposed to everything in it.You deny the Lordship of Jesus Christ,you commit idolatry by worshipping anything NOT moving (statues), you delete the law of God and make the blood of Jesus ineffective.

@johnthreesixteen316 Also, if you want to use scripture to bring down the Catholic Church, I suggest first, you look up who compiled (who put it together) the Bible. Also, you may want to look up the Catholic definition of what is meant by the phrase the, 'Communion of Saints'.
