Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR):

Every American is affected by sexual violence. Rape, incest, child abuse, date rape, sexual harrassment and bullying are pervasive in every community in our country. We believe that each of us has the ability and responsibility to help stop and prevent these crimes. If you are a victim there is hope, help and healing and together we can make a difference in our communities.

The Pennsylviania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) continues to dedicate funding and support to rape crisis programs and victim's advocates across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), a project of PCAR, provides training and technical assistance to advocacy organizations and communities to prevent sexual violence and harassment and change societal attitudes that perpetuate these heinous acts.
