2) Then the say it will be done in a month
3) FIVE MONTHS LATER then give you HALF THE SITE (broken of course) and ask for MORE MONEY!
4) THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! NEVER FINISH THE WORK! And tell you to "sue them" for your money.

It's worth it to pay the extra money for a REAL WEBDESIGN COMPANY. Do not try to save money. You will wind up with a situation just like this. RIPPED OFF by some guys that never planned on doing the work in the first place.
