About 2-3k if you do it your self, like 3-5k if you have professional do it.
-
Most definately if you are going to keep fish in it.

Yes i ment with labor, all the equipment, and professional installation. But for a D.I.Y. I would guess around $250.00 Pump $300.00 Skimmer $400.00 Waterfall Filter $250.00 45 Mil EPDM Pond liner $125.00 Geo-Textile Underlayment $289.00 6, 50 Watt Underwater Lights w/ transformer $300.00 External Filter $100.00 Plumbing $500.00 Rocks Other Thing are optional, like gravel, Bottom drain, air diffuser, TPR's etc... But Pretty all i have listed is for about a 3,000 - 5,000 Gallon Pond.

is that with labour?
if i made that myself would be.
My guestimate
500 pump
500 rocks
500 media liner
Is this sorta close?

Probably, around $6,500.00 or something like that, but pretty close.
