Between the 1920's Prohibition repeating in history and the development of our Nation's FEMA camps, the future of this country is looking bleak as our freedom is being taken away. I saw a broadcast on the news yesturday by Reuters mentioning Obama passing the ban of tobacco through legislation. You may be a non smoker who agrees with Obama's actions, but imagine a freedom you enjoy going under probation. If we let our government take control over our commodities and National market, we will never recover, and this is being done for the sake of "special interests" and not a political issue. Moreover, our freedom will be taken away by our decision and vote.

I wouldn't worry about the smoking thing. They won't be able to put people in camps this way; it will trigger too much resistance. 1. they need the people to believe they are in "danger", by creating "terrorists". So far they did pretty well, since the majority of the Americans still believes the fairy tale on terror. The new "terrorists" are poor people fighting for food in order to survive the upcoming depression. This is why they have the FEMA camps ready. It's an strategy used for ages.

What I mean by naming scapegoats getting old connecting to self employment is simple. The gov created the original corporate infrastructure we still use today. If the gov names scapegoats, corporate America will. Hence, self employment becomes the "better" option.

Very true. This is why I don't understand why people call Wicca and Paganism religions, because they're not. They're a way of life. However, people are so comfortable with the word "religion", they have to give that name to everything..even sports. It's really pathetic. As for the brainwashing, you're 100% right.

We live in a culture where almost everything is based on money. It's not about who or what we are as a person, but all about on how "successful" we are, in terms of money that is.

It is 'surviving' in a way, but also dying at the same time, because when people are unable to feel and to care for others, they are pretty much dead already. May sound a bit harsh, but this is how I see it. I rather keep my soul..

@SerinaJK It's sickning huh? I think it's devilish to accuse any child of anything. Most religions are based on brainwashing and fear mongering in my opinion. (not saying all religious people are bad) And again, governments used religions for ages in order to control masses of people.

..I couldn't agree more with what you're saying about the Government creating terrorists. I remember in school, I would hang out with Christians, even though I wasn't. Their parents would flip their lid and call me a devil worshiper. According to the Government (at the time) Wiccans were terrorists, LOL. Thanks to Sgt. Stewart's family in Virginia, our symbol is now accepted. They literally sued the local government. Look it up ;-)....

@commonsense, about two months ago, I was looking at myself, my financial situation as of late, and I realized something. When you're poor or don't have much money, you don't have a voice - according to the Government and people who agree with that. It makes me sad to think that, because we're all going through this depression roller coaster now. Sometimes you're poor, sometimes you make a lot. At least that's what I've been going through...
