The most common break/fix request in a VoIP deployment has to do with a calling party not being able to hear the called party; though the called party can hear the caller. A mouth full of words (excuse the pun) but a common configuration error. This clip takes a look at how to use the phonectl command to trouble shoot the issue.

  • I like your videos but this is more of a tour of a phone. I still don't know how to figure out what is causing one way audio.
