Засада - The Ambush

This was a short VFX test for generating muzzle flashes and bullet impacts digitally during post production. I shot this with Chris "Jimmy" Raith one Sunday afternoon and did the post the following two days. We shot this on a friend's DV cam on Digital8 and I *hate* the camera for not letting me adjust iris and shutter but only some mushy "Expoure" value - grrr, so the quality of anything apart from the muzzle flashes and bullet holes is so poor that we call it a D-Movie.
