I don't think it's Hazama as S Tier, it's Buppa as S Tier. But it's good to see that Hazama can finally use his other DD for combos, instead of his super kick all the time.

First vid from jourdal i seen was zakiyama vs kaqn then proceeded to watch everything with zakiyama and kaqn in it then i seen Buppa vs Kaqn 1/4 and my eyes were like O.O! buppa is fuking beast as shit now this update comes and i see hazama nerfed and buppa wrecking people like no ones business I wish i was from japan rofl i always thought i was pretty good at fighting games untill i seen zakiyama buppa dio fio and kaqn lol jourdal you rock btw :D

@tyrantravealpha Well they nerfed the hell out of his average damage off of random hits but buffed the shit out of his damage with meter and off of certain setups. Which definitely makes it look like he will be more fun to play
