@kkamagwi Uh, no. Saying 안녕하십니까 would only have shown MORE respect, but just saying 안녕하세요 is perfectly respectful. He also bowed, which is another sign of respect (and something that is ingrained in Asians as children). 안녕 would have been disrespectful... not that Obama would have known. But yeah.
