At Santa Pod and let it run up to 160mph because there was room to. This was an 11.5sec qtr pass, however it did manage 11.1sec later on.

  • Just like a subaru imprezza sounds like a misfiring vauxhall nova with the exhaust manifold removed your TVR (with a what engine?) sounds like a nascar opening a bag of crisps.

  • @moondog203

Ready salted please, Cheese and onion are nice, but they tend to repeat somewhat...

  • No, just NA 6.9ltrs.

  • How much power is the engine producing?

I timed 0-160 in about 15 or 16 secconds!! That isnt far of veyron pace, and certainly a lot quicker than almost any other hyper or supercar you care to mention, just STAGGERING!

  • Its 513rear wheel horse power, but genuine! ;)

  • LS3 engine? Is this the build on Pistonheads?

  • Thats the one!

  • @52022 Sadly no, but I think John Travolta bought the Tuscan he used in Swordfish. I could be wrong but I think the headlights are too low to pass federal inspection for starters...

  • Can yu even buy these in America?

  • .....thats a really nice hand thar.

  • I did 180 in my Tuscan..........the window wipers blew off and the speedo needle remained stuck on 180......umm officer its not what it looks like

  • sounds like an angry norse god.

  • Damn thats crazy that it has an LS3, I thought TVR's Cerbera motor was a rare gem or something that people wouldn't want to swap out. Can't argue with the extra 50 plus HP though....

  • Ive read about this car in the past on pistonheads. May have another look later on :)

I love it because it combines the looks and handling of the cerbera(and lets be fair its the best looking tvr ever), and the realiability of the ls3. Even at the state of tune that it is (600bhp+ at the crank) this engine is like an old bmw m30 engine in terms of reliability compared to the ajp v8.

Me along with everyone else loved the ajp motor though. But this is an ajp with x 1.75 performance..

  • nearly 64k miles in a TVR, & it's intact?? :P
