The E-flite blade mSR performs quite well outside in calm to no wind! Sorry for the bad camera tracking, but at least you can see how well/fast this thing can go outside!

hmm, cut the stupid music and let's hear the chopper's music.............I hate these stupid booooom boooom music with a nice helicopter vieuw...........so next time no stupid music please, just the sound of the heli:)

@Stiggy37 mode 2 is far more popular and because of that you need to special order mode 1 aircraft :P

well the blade mcx had a range of would you believe quarter of a mile thats what nightflyer told me.. so this is probably similar.. you would lose sight of the heli before it goes outa range lol.

What is the range outside?

I'm not sure the exact range, however, it has a similiar/same RX as the p-51m & Sukhoi; both of which I fly much further than I fly my mSR - I have never flown out of range.
