Choc Chip Currant Cookies
I haven't made anything simple for a long time...and I was honestly craving for those cookies the other day. So I thought I might as well film the process. The heat and humidity in HK is making my kitchen feel like a sauna. So that's why I haven't been making anything lately. :)
