a 15-minute flow to work out and tone the whole body, with a focus on the Psoas muscles, the deep core hip flexors/spinal stabilizers that bridge your legs to the spine.   • I love your flowing body movements & lessons. Some notes to consider though regarding your video production: Go with an HD Video camera & tripod rig & set a med-wide shot; attach a quality shotgun mic with mit to capture your lovely voice; set up a low watt key-light & fill-light to avoid silhouetting your beauty as you demonstrate; white balance the camera before the shoot to cut the blues & get realistic colors. You deserve to be captured in high quality since you're sharing high quality. :)
