i did this traing in south africa for rugby and i improved in all my sparq areas.

...my speed is better then my old better, i play left back and for a greek acadamy team Panathinaikos, and recently got scouted for Luton, i accepted and being the most fittest and fastest in my previous team i thought Luton trainging would be a hitch, god was i wrong, they told me to go park Sparkq parachute and train every day for 30 minutes, i did for 1 weeks and came b4 training 2 hours early to sprint, we did 100m race and from 11s i went to 10.7s in 1 week....£22.99 definately worth it
