Jurgen, Conall and myself drove down to Malvern, St. Elizabeth and flew from the new site we discovered near my family home. It has a WIDE launch site, its a longer flight than Skyline and you can land anywhere in the plains as long as there's no Bull in your selected field :)

We ended up getting up to a height of 3,000ft and stayed up for well over an hour.

So far this site is shaping up to be a great one!

  • Who knew ??

  • Muy buenos Vuelos pero lo que mas megusto fue el Grito de vuelo Rastafaryy.....!!!!

  • Very nice video and great pictures also! Almost 2000ft! Wow!

  • I thought it could be done from 30 years ago. Just walking along that area gives the feeling you could jump off and land on the plains, now you have proved it. Next place is Huntley Manchester. You can see the spot driving up Spur Tree Hill.

  • Sweeeet! Next time I'm down in Jamaica I'll bring my MacPara Velvet! Every time I'm down in j.a. I wish I brought my wing. I always wondered about flying the cliffs at far beach past Helshire.

  • how convenient to find a launch site right in your back yard :-) this site is much less intimidating for the newbie pilot than skyline is and with all your spectators you may be able to find a few more pilots to join the club eeh?
