@Hungry27 cool, 8-edo. I just discovered 8-edo recentley, I tend to simply treat it as a subset of 24-EDO.
I'm converting my own fretless, and doing some other improvements on said guitar, I can't want to do quarter tones and stuff.

@milesdavidsmith Well that would really depend on how well you can hear his musicianship. Ornette is definitely not a laughing stock but his vision is challenging to many.

the equidistant octatonic scale it divides the octave into 8 equal parts. .. and then there's a lot of other stuff too as it's pretty free :-)
