Thanks Chef Jennifer for your videos, in fact Hummus or " Hummus Motabal " is a part of Lebanese Kitchen, and it can make exactly like this, but few things to do in order to make it perfectly.

1- Garlic is an option.

2- I think you know that it need salt.

3- it should be more softer and near the cream color.

you can do it by adding a small pieces of ice during the mix. it will make it whiter and softer than you can shape it easily . that 's all
