I think that it's not so much her being out of tune, as much as her voice is kind of wavering. That's what happens when you are trying to sing when you're crying. This is beautiful.

this song just made me cry a bit i love it the beauty in it is amazing she is an amazing singer!

man i wish i could favorite this twice

I don't know what the heck everyone's talking about her sounding out-of-tune. She sounds fine! The rough English parts could be interpreted as her telling the story, but struggling to keep from crying.
-
I wonder if she could pull off "cry me a river"
The style of her singing would be really fitting c:

Ahh, love the violin. Luka's voice, however... I agree with HiroCascade. It could be a lot better.

I think it's rather beautiful. The dissonant, inharmonious tone only makes it feel all the more human. Do you not agree? She is clearly trying to show the pain and loss she feels along with her mixture of longing. To me, it seems as if Luka is struggling to retain her composure while she sings.

I agree with those saying she sounds out of tune... Almost sounds like Len or Len overlapping. It's not hideous, but it is not the best arrangement with Luka.
-
I think what people are perceiving as out of tune is the dissonant nature of this work. It is full of minor key transformations and dissonant chords. Beautiful!

I mean, if you listen to some of her other pieces, they just have better pitches, and able to carry a tune better. While I like the musical composition i don't think Luka's voice has been fully tuned in this one. Some parts are good, but could use work.
