2" metal hole saw, Good drill,..just insert the hole saw bit directly into the exhaust outlet and drill out the baffle weld. Once you get through the weld you can pull out the entire baffle with a pair of vise grips a rag and some tugging! Just make sure to have the engine tunned within 500 miles or the motor will begin to run too rich. I had this exact 883 model and it sounded like a HOG..This video doesnt give it justice.
