  • I also want to keep these plants indoors growing. but if i go mh i may have to do a grow room. since we are down here frequently and the light is so extreme. I just not sure what to do right now.

  • You have some interesting plants growing. I have an indoor growing contest if you're interested ^_^

  • @4GreenEarth2 Sure I'd love to join your contest.

ya, they are pretty cool so far. miracle fruits are growing slowly i'm testing out the transplanting into a new medium. The lemon trees have started puttin on new leaves finally and i'm so excited. Thank you.

  • That is a great grow light and much cheaper than running CFL bulbs. I think it's 16,000 lumens. You will have happy plants.

  • @SleestaksRule what is your opinion on lighting? MH or hps

  • @niffer58 I use the Metal Halide more than the High Pressure Sodium since the plants get a good start with veg growth under them. I never did a complete grow under HPS so I don't know how to compare the 2. I always start with the MH till the flowers come out then switch bulbs. I really like that unit you bought. I was looking all over for a MH conversion bulb for 150watts but nothing yet. I'll keep looking...I'd like to try that light out.

  • @SleestaksRule Ya i was told that was the way to go but that sure can get expensive. and i heard the mh isn't real great for ya. so i'm debating on what to do. I got a cfl lighting set up, a fan, humidifer and a heating pad for 75 dollars yesterday and i couldn't pass it by. but not sure i will use it unless i'm going to get the plants straight out after sprouting. i want my tomato's and peppers to get a great head start.

  • Nice garden, thanks 4 sharing

  • The plants look very green! They look very happy there! Nice video!

  • @SleestaksRule ya i want to buy a couple of these. one for what i have now and another for my seedling trays. I tried cfl the first year. they seemed to do alright but many things were very spindly. the plants have been under this light i think for about a month and are very green. as well as now they are starting to grow more leaves again. I can't wait for my miracle fruit to get more leaves.
