Is this the state of decriminalization/legalization efforts today? A bunch of people bickering over language because some guy got his feelings hurt?

One guy that has lead this movement in Mass? A lawyer that gave up his time and money to get petition after petition on the ballot. They all won. By 65% or more. The billionaire clique from out of town comes in and totally runs rough shod and backs some bad language. National vs. local and you back the national money. Interesting. Wonder what you would say in your own city if the same happened? I am glad the locals did endorse it but they got to get heard & really air it out.

It's a working meeting. A membership meeting to decide whether to support a marijuana decrim initiative that will appear on the Mass ballot in 2008 not a rock video or demonstration or something that is looking to create attention or pomp or circumstance. You know adults working for nothing but change. No paid people there but the one that was getting grilled all the rest were there because all care about this issue. Looks like you don't care enough.

Sparklestheclown must not know as he quoted "more than you think" or he wouldn't make stupid comments. The ONLY harm is in the delivery of MJ which is smoking. (I personally vaporize). I am considered a "heavy" smoker and am successful beyond compare in life and finances. I also waited till I was 21 as I think it should be. Now what proof do you have?

So far, most of you all have been the only smartasses. I like your choice of words. In many cases, smoking too much pot will do more than rob you of ambition. It robs people of their lives too.

If you really look at many of the people's lives that have indulged too much, you will see more than the success of that person. Marley is not with us anymore, although he was truly talented, and really had messages. Most of those you mentioned have indulged and been successful. That does not alter the fact, that more people have run into problems with it. I know more than you would think!
