Many Jewish groups exist that support peace for both Israelis and Palestinians, and of course, some Jews are extremely (unfairly) critical of Israel. However, is there a pro-Palestinian voice that advocates peace not only for Palestinians but also for Israelis? If so, the voice should rise to the level that Jews do for Palestinians.

You say you don't want killing, but never blame the killers. The deaths of 1400 Palestinians and over 400 Children were caused by the Israeli army. The massacre in Gaza was not started by Hamas, the Israelis broke the ceasefire in November, and never upheld the ceasefire in January (there was heavy Shelling of the Gazan Beach that resulted in many deaths from January 18th (see B'tselem, israeli center for Human rights)). Please don't blame Hamas for this massacre, it's just wrong.
