  • Ok I worked in one of the greenhouses, they are an ecological disaster, sprayed with chemicals by imported Thai workers, the plastic is burnt of buried in the desert every season, just so Europe can have flowers.

    And as far as I know some water from the galilee is also used, helping to dry it out.

    they are arab immigrants who moved here 100 years ago,

  • @akumie israel use desalination of sea water for home use and the Sewage is going Sewage treatment ! this it can be use for gardens!

    Palestinians do not use Sewage treatment for additional use of water

    Palestinians put their Sewage to Jordan river .

  • Many thanks for that explanation.I have driven past but had no idea of the extent of the development until we drove along the "Peace Road".I feel it needs more exposure to visitors.They would be fascinated by this amazing development.
