  • great vid..didnt think it was annoying..didnt even pay attention to it

  • Thanks!

  • Good video of the Arrows, but that warning noise was giving me a migrane. Do all lines have that warning system? I ask because I live near not far from a train station on the Gladstone Branch...love those Arrows!

  • Well, Hamilton use to have a better one where it would make a less annoying noise and then stop when the train stopped. Since that stopped working, we got a new one. Princeton Junction has one just like the old Hamilton one but doesn't work. Secaucus, and all of the major stations have automatic or manual announcements of when a train is coming. I'm sick of the Arrows in the NEC line. The horn is great though!

  • Where is that noise coming from? Is that from the engine or is it used in place of the bell?

  • The noise is the new system that warns people that a train is coming to the platform. The old one was better and sounded more better. This one is annoying! The other platform (the side I was standing) had the old one.

  • It's just annoying, all most makes you want to get too close to the edge. I had to listen to that stupid alarm while i was on my way home from ewr where i discovered my passport was missing. Didn't get to go on my trip, and this annoying sound too!

  • yo ur so right the noise is so freakin anoying can u add me as a friend?? pretty kool vid add me

  • i hate that noise too

  • awesome5*

  • The one I went on last week was crowded as SHIT!!!!

  • Why make the warning system an annoying alarm? They can do better than that. The warning system at the Shore Line East stations in Connecticut are much better.
