The Fleischer Scholars Program is a free bridge program to be offered to select traditionally underrepresented and economically disadvantaged Arizona high school students between their junior and senior years. The program, which will be held July 12 to 16 this year, prepares participants for success in business studies and careers, creating an entrepreneurial spirit in future business majors.

During the four-day residential program, students will stay with supervising mentors in Barrett, the Honors College, at Arizona State Universitys Tempe campus. They will work with current W. P. Carey School of Business students and faculty members, as well as business and industry representatives. They will learn about academic and career opportunities, and they will become familiar with the steps needed to get into business school and receive financial assistance.

High school counselors and teachers across the state are encouraged to help identify good candidates to apply. For more information, please call 480- 965-8710 or email wpcadmissions@asu.edu.
