HD 1080p "Singin' in the Rain" (Title Song) 1952 ~ Gene Kelly

From a recently surfaced 1080p High-Definition digital transfer of Singin' in the Rain (1952).

Let's hope Warner decides to release a restored version of this transfer on Blu-Ray (& DVD) for the film's upcoming 60th anniversary!

1080p? Looks like an upconverted and deinterlaced DVD to me.

@elhay001 This transfer may not be from a recently restored print (note the "film dirt"), but it is definitely a 1080p transfer of the film, not an upconversion.  This same transfer has been aired on HD movie networks in Europe recently. I wish I could upload an even more high quality version of my original file; I think the added resolution would be more evident.

@Prophabulate I'm a 90's kid and I still grew up with this (and others). My dad and mom had a crapload of videotapes of shows and films that actually mattered, instead of Dora and Spongebob.

I'm grateful for this.
