I was reading the book, and for some reason it said to put the Equinox into ACC (on your key insert) and leave it on there for a while, I dont know if that works though

If your equinox is completely drained of power, to point where our key is stuck in the ignition and nothing operates ( not even the locks and alarm), is there a way to recharge it at your home while it's in your garage?
