she may be coached on what kind of answers to give but she did not have an ear piece in. and the only reason to coach her is because shes getting the same annoying and intrusive questions time and time again and its stressful to have to think of what to say and the 'proper' way to say it as to not offended anyone. all celebrities get coached...just look at kristen and rob and all the dating rumors, of course they have to be coached on what to say to the interviewers

She is wearing an earpiece. Its pretty obvious.  What else is she doing? Why did she pause and stare at the floor? She was concentration on the earpiece. This is why the scene was deleted.

to me it honestly looks like she was pausing and taking a moment to clear her head...she was getting emotional talking about her kids and their pictures. and at first when she puts her fingers to her head i thought it could have been her touching her ear piece but when they show it from the back you can tell shes just touching the side of her face like holding her hair back or something

She couldn't even complete the statement:

Getting emotional? LOL Can't you tell it was fake.

Check out the very last second. It was SO funny. Fake crocodile tears..

Why does she always cry during an interview? But when she talks about her kids on her show, she NEVER cries..

It's obvious she's trying to manipulate the viewers in this interview.

Unbelievable. So that's why they fixed her hair a bit differently - to hide the earpiece! TLC was telling her the appropriate responses!! Otherwise, Kate has no idea how to sound like a decent human being.

well...she was just keeping her hairback because she was looking down and her hair was falling into her face, and she wasnt wearing an earpiece, she was just at loss of words at the moment. What do you have to say to that, biitch!

Kate just seems like an amazing, honnest, simple, and beautiful person. She has always answered interview questions in a very professionnal manner and this makes me think that she is an extremely intelligent person. I wish her the best in life and truly believe that she does everything (withing human limits) that she can for her kids to grow up in the best way possible.

i agree with othxo okay? shes on this show becuase its her life without it, she has no money no way to support the kids..jon is doing nothing but prance around town with his play toy girlfriend who use to be kates friend? wow, she isnt wanting sympathy, shes trying not to cry and she wants to tell her story? whats so wrong about that? i mean seriously come on?
