great form, good back workout. but!!! what is going on with your calves? brother please work on your lowers. you will look more pro. also get rid of the straps, can not build grip like that. take care.

use a towel in the corner and push the bb into the towel it helps with grip so it wont slide out when ur lifting

@ffryan what i do is the pins on the side of the squat rack, i load 4 20kg weights on the pin (45lbs) and then put the end of the bar in the middle of the plates so the end is sort of slid under a little bit. load up the bar and i'mr eady to go. i'm only t-barring 4 plates so i'm not sure what would happen if you put a heavy weight on there, but it is incredibly stirdy for me and has been. watch out for the plates seperating inbetween sets cos if that slides ur gona break some shit.

sorry for the stupid question. i just started working out last week and havent tryed these. is this pounds or kg's?

Textbook form, well done. What is keeping the other end of the barbell on the ground? I've found that anything over 3 plates and the bar starts coming off the ground.
