No it is not. It is wrong. Very wrong. And something must be done. This must be stopped. Sick people have a right to whatever medicine they choose, and in the case of marijuana, the fact that force is being used to prevent sick people from obtaining it, strictly for medicinal purposes, is disgusting and shameful.
