This aggressive full body cardio exercise is an excellent way to work your legs, back and abs - while burning calories at the same time!
How To:
Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart. Lift the medicine ball overhead with your arms fully extended and slam to the floor being careful of any obstructions and hitting yourself in the face upon return. Catch the medicine ball as it bounces off the floor and let its momentum carry your hands back overhead. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
