ApartaHotel Montaña (Arq. T.Tezanos)

Diseño arquitectónico para turismo ecológico de montaña ubicado en Jarabacoa, Republica Dominicana entre montañas, lago, rio y arroyo. Se concibe totalmente con materiales del lugar (piedras, madera sin aserrar, shingles, ...etc.) y con mínima alteración del terreno. El conjunto se compone de: A-Núcleo Central (gran lobby-recepción panoramicamente abierto, varios ambientes de estar, chimenea central como apoyo estructural, bar interior-exterior, terraza en voladizo sobre lago, oficinas y sanitarios); B-Apartamentos (30 unidades de tres habitaciones con posibilidad de usos independientes, o sea de dos o como habitaciones sencillas individuales); C-Restaurant, D-Spa-Gimnasio, E- Nucleo de Servicios. Además incluye pasarelas techadas, jacuzzis, puentes, gazebos miradores, areas y paseos recreativos, parqueos, ...etc. El proyecto se complementa con un club social campestre con instalaciones deportivas, piscinas, excursiones y variadas actividades.

Architectural design for mountain ecotourism located in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic among mountains, lake, river and stream. It is conceived entirely with local materials (stones, wood not sawn, shingles, etc ....), and with minimal ground disturbance. The set consists of: A- Central core (large open panoramic reception lobby, several living rooms, fireplace and simultaneously central structural support, indoor-outdoor bar, terrace cantilevered over the lake, restrooms and offices), B-Apartments (30 with three bedroom units with the possibility of stand-alone applications, or two or as individual single rooms), C-Restaurant, D-Spa-Fitness, E-core services. Also includes indoor walkways, jacuzzis, bridges, panoramic gazebos, recreation areas and walkways, parking, etc .... The project is complemented by a social country club with sporting facilities, swimming pools, hiking and varied activities.
