  • nice recipe thanx a lot for posting but i am wondering why you didn't use onions. i cooked as you showed and the subji is really tasty.

    This one is the quick version and if you pressure cook onion it gets very soft and does not get blend with the spices. Thanks for asking, keep watching :D

  • Hi Madhura..Thank you so much for this recipe...as i have been wondering what can be a good meal for tiffin...I need to make tiffin for my hubby when he has office..and since long i didn't get any good vegetarian recipe..like lauki etc..i made this today....and it came out amazing...:-),,so simple and flavorful..Thanks to you again..this is gonna be in my vegetarian list now..:) I am happy with what i made...trusted your channel...so gave it a try..:-) and so satisfying Thanks again Madhura...
