This one is the quick version and if you pressure cook onion it gets very soft and does not get blend with the spices. Thanks for asking, keep watching :D

Hi Madhura..Thank you so much for this recipe...as i have been wondering what can be a good meal for tiffin...I need to make tiffin for my hubby when he has office..and since long i didn't get any good vegetarian recipe..like lauki etc..i made this today....and it came out amazing...:-),,so simple and flavorful..Thanks to you again..this is gonna be in my vegetarian list now..:) I am happy with what i made...trusted your channel...so gave it a try..:-) and so satisfying Thanks again Madhura...
