@helloman1976 that is a good point... no mater the fuel or what ever, Mechanical devises in all their forms need to be respected for the danger of mis use.

@OBXSOLWIND Just a few notes, you should be using a wrench designed for high power and not a conducting wrench. Also, extremely important, you should be using rubber gloves. Safety isn't just about protecting your eyes and face, in this case you should be protecting your heart and body as well. Your heart won't forgive you if you hit it with 100 amps even for just a second :) Best of wishes.

@kary1982v6 You should compare the difference between the amount of energy stored in 1 gallon of hydrogen compared to 1 gallon of gasoline. Gasoline is far more dangerous and extremely flammable and the worst part is it stays on the ground in liquid form rolling around everywhere versus hydrogen that vents upwards into the sky when it burns. Gasoline we are all used to but it's still extremely dangerous.

Excellent, where I work (a data center) we use C&D jars for 540vdc strings for our UPS'
We have to glove up, face sheild to take meter readings, top them off, etc...
Do you buy distilled water or do you have an ionizer to make your own?

@ristin59 I get my water for my baterys from my condensate drain on my AC. Thanks for the comment.

the guy that lived across the road was playing with hydrogen and it is crazy stuff... when it went up it took everything with it!!
